What a Fantastic Show! Big Thanks to Everyone Involved

This year’s Cherington and Stourton Show was one of the best ever!

See message of thanks below from Lois Dudfield, co-chair of the Cherington and Stourton Show Committee:

‘We would like to thank each & everyone one of you who attended, members of the public, setting up & breaking down helpers, poster & flyer deliverers, stall holders, class entrants & most of all The Cherington & Stourton Show team, without this fabulous group of people the show would simply not take place, the effort that goes on behind the scenes each year is incredible.

Please do keep an ear out for our AGM date, as your feedback is crucial & we also love to hear what you think.

For now, thank you again, until next year – Over & Out’.

Farmers’ market Cancelled

August Farmers’ Market Cancelled: Next Date September 4th

Join the Annual Village Tennis Tournament on August 16th

The Annual Village Tennis Tournament will take place on Saturday August 16th

It would be great to see new players at this year’s tournament. Everyone is welcome, however rusty or however good.

Matches are played in the morning on various courts around Cherington, Stourton and Sutton. The format ensures everyone can enjoy their time on court.

Then we all gather at Brook House, Cherington (thank you Nicole and Jonathan) for the final and a pot-luck lunch.

Anyone who lives, or has lived, in Cherington, Stourton or Sutton-under-Brailes is welcome to join.
