Feldon’s Got Talent: CANCELLED

Sadly, due to lack of ticket sales, the decision has been made to cancel the ‘Feldon’s Got Talent’ show, which was scheduled for Saturday May 30th.

A message from the organisers:

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came to The Hall’s Coffee Morning on Saturday, 9th May, which we ran as a fundraiser for Shipston Home Nursing, as part of their weekend of plant sales.

We had a lovely, busy morning, and across our stalls, coffees, cakes and plants, we raised an amazing £624.52 for SHN!!

Incredible!

A HUGE thank you to all of the volunteers who helped on 9th May, and those who donated, and always to those who help at Coffee Shop every month.

We hope to welcome many people to our next Coffee Shop, Saturday 13th June!

It’s ‘3rd Thursday’ Fish and Chip Social Evening this week!

Hope Price will be giving a talk on the her father’s experiences as Staff Officer with Eighth Army in the Western Desert and during the course of the invasion of Normandy on Wednesday May 20th at 20.00.

Wood Owl and the Box of Wonders: CANCELLED

VERY SORRY TO SAY THAT WOOD OWL & THE BOX OF WONDERS IS CANCELLED TOMORROW, SUNDAY 10TH MAY

We are really sorry to say that due to low ticket sales, we have had to make the difficult decision to cancel the children’s theatre event at The Hall tomorrow 😢

We hope to see you at an event soon – 3rd Thursday fish & chip and bar night is coming up on 21st May.

Enchanting Children’s Theatre: Wood Owl and the Box of Wonders at The Hall this Sunday at 2.00 pm

A treat for families and a perfect way to introduce your young children, grandchildren, nieces & nephews to the joy of live professional theatre.

Wood Owl and the Box of Wonders’, is a beautiful new Hoglets play for pre- and primary-aged children being staged at The Hall this Sunday afternoon.

A lonely little owl wants nothing more than to fly into the night and join his friends. But how can he, when he is made from wood? The arrival of another lonely soul changes his life as he strives to help. Join Hoglets Theatre on a magical journey of singing owls, fantasy worlds, friendship and love.

Featuring beautiful handmade puppets, Wood Owl and the Box of Wonders is a heart-warming, visually enchanting children’s theatre experience that blends puppetry, original music, and immersive storytelling.

This magical production explores themes of friendship, kindness, and belonging, leaving audiences with an age-old message: the love we show to others comes back to us in time.

Coffee Shop and Plant Sale at The Hall this Saturday

This month’s Coffee Shop on Saturday 9th May from 10.00 – 12.00 at The Hall is in support of Shipston Home Nursing

On Saturday 9th May, our monthly Coffee Shop at The Hall will be in support of Shipston Home Nursing, and will start at the earlier time of 10am. 

On the weekend of SHN’s legendary plant sales in local villages, call in and grab a freshly ground coffee, an ice-cream, slice of cake – as well as plants, produce & more. 

We would love to see lots of visitors and raise plenty of money for this fantastic charity. 

DONATIONS OF PRODUCE : Jam, chutney, cakes & bakes, plants etc, bring & buy items, and raffle prizes are much welcomed.
