There will be a cake stall in aid of Cherington Church Flowers plus teas coffee, hot chocolate and the usual bacon baps.
Take away drinks will also be available.

Happy Wolf Pub Company will be opening our biggest project yet on the 17th May!
After opening The Yew Tree in Avon Dassett & The Peacock in Oxhill, we have fallen in love with ’The Cherington’ and we can’t wait to show you what has been achieved with the enormous help and support of Martin and many, many others.
We hope you love all of our changes and come and support us as we take on Spring/Summer 2024 and beyond.
We will be opening up on the evening of the 10th May, from 6pm, as a special, one-off ‘open evening’, where there will be welcome bubbles, complementary nibbles from our new chefs and most importantly, a chance to look around at your new pub and meet our brand new management team, including our new manager Mathew and our head chef Michael, both who come with fantastic pedigree.
The bar will be open and we can’t wait to show you around before we then open for good on the 17th.
I can’t wait to meet you all and we look forward to, with your help, taking the Cherington into its best era yet.

The next, and last, Pop Up Pub before our village pub, The Cherington, opens its doors in May, will be at The Hall on Friday April 26th from 18.00.

The village Safari Supper is a great way to meet new neighbours or catch up with those you already know.
We are now looking for volunteers to host either a starter or main course for between 4 to 6 guests, and for people to donate a pudding. It’s about the people not the cooking – a simple meal is all that’s required. (Main course hosts get one free ticket.)
The evening will kick off at 7pm (by kind permission of Eric and Sally Clubley), at Jacques with an aperitif to get you in the mood! You will then be told where you are going for your starter.
Starter hosts are given the list of where their guests are going for their main course. You will be with entirely different people.
And finally we all meet up again for pudding and more chat.
Guests are requested to bring their own wine.
It’s excellent value at £20 per head and the money we raise helps to fund our our fabulous Hall and Playing Field.
