There will be an Extraordinary meeting of the Cherington and Stourton Joint Parish Council at The Hall on Thursday March 27th at 7.30 pm.

AGENDA

  1. To accept apologies for absence.
  2. To record declarations of interest.
  3. Public Forum 
    • An opportunity for members of the public to make representations relating to the business to be transacted. 
    • The time for each member of the public to speak is limited to 3 minutes.
    • Please advise the Parish Clerk by Wednesday 26th March if you wish to speak.
  4. Matters arising
    • Planning application 23/00597/FUL – Land adjacent to St Johns Road, Cherington  Eastings 429184  Northings 23676 – Erection of 8 no. Local Need Dwellings and associated works.
