6 Week Fused Glass Workshop learning how to create beautiful fused glass pieces, run by Helen from The Butterfly Effects Studio, starts tonight, Feb 5th from 6.30 – 8.30 at at The Hall Cherington, Stourton and Sutton under Brailes

£100 for all 6 sessions, covering all tuition & guidance, and use of equipment. Glass materials purchased from the tutor, amount will vary based on size/type of piece being made.

You will learn how to cut and layer glass safely, how to add metals and wires, and how to create bubbles in the glass or an embossed/ textured surface. Also how to use a microwave kiln to fire small items and how to drill or grind your pieces.

You will be able to create items including: candle or tealight holders, jewellery, soap & trinket dishes, larger platters, tiered cake stands, clocks, free-standing panels, greeting cards, seasonal or garden decorations etc…
